Karmatic Productions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, effective immediately upon posting on www.karmaticproductions.com. The date of the latest update will be noted on this page. You are responsible for reviewing these terms regularly. Continued use of the website after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you are dissatisfied with any modifications, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the service.
You agree to engage Karmatic Productions for services and deliverables under these terms and conditions. Karmatic Productions will produce materials as per your directions.
After payment confirmation, your order will be created. Karmatic Productions may contact you for additional information. You can communicate with the project manager or creative director via email or phone to discuss requirements. A draft edit of the video(s) will be provided for approval within the prescribed time limit.
You must notify Karmatic Productions in writing of any proposed changes within a specified period after receiving the draft copy. Karmatic Productions will provide an updated draft within 24-48 hours of receiving the proposed changes. Additional charges may apply for changes requested after a particular stage of production has been approved.
Karmatic Productions will maintain strict confidentiality of all provided information, disclosing it only as necessary to fulfill obligations under this Agreement or as required by law.
Completion estimates are contingent upon your full cooperation and timely provision of instructions. Karmatic Productions is not liable for delays beyond its control, such as equipment failure or third-party delays. If you fail to make timely payments, Karmatic Productions may halt production without obligations to you.
High-quality audio and video files will be provided upon project completion. Raw materials or source files will also be delivered unless otherwise specified in the package. Final output files will be provided without watermarks after full payment.
Raw footage, source files, and edited files will not be retained by Karmatic Productions. You are responsible for collecting them from your assigned manager before project approval.
All materials remain the property of Karmatic Productions until full payment is received. If payment is not completed, Karmatic Productions reserves the right to withhold all recordings and finished works.
Upon delivery and full payment, Karmatic Productions grants you all intellectual property rights to the work. Any usage of the delivered work without full payment is prohibited.
Karmatic Productions, its affiliates, or licensors are not liable for damages arising from your use or inability to use the website or its services, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of revenue, profits, business, data, or goodwill. Karmatic Productions ensures that provided content does not infringe copyrights and is not defamatory.
Karmatic Productions reserves the right to assign or subcontract any rights and obligations under these terms without your further consent.
If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, you may request revisions. If still dissatisfied, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
Various packages are available on the Karmatic Productions website. Additional costs may apply if the video duration exceeds the specified order or for services beyond standard voice options. Extra revisions beyond the package limits will incur additional charges
Invoices will be issued for supplied services, with payment terms specified on the invoice.
Karmatic Productions may terminate services if you fail to meet obligations under these terms. Non-response to queries or feedback within 10 working days will be considered project completion, and you will be liable for the remaining payment.
Karmatic Productions will not disclose personal information without consent, except as required by these terms or by law. Any data breach will be promptly communicated to you.
This agreement and any disputes arising from it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
